- You warrant every transaction placed through our site represents genuine personal consumption, with lawfully‑sourced funds. You shall not perform cash‑out, money‑laundering, fake‑order or card‑fraud behaviour.
- Applicable Stripe processing fees and cross‑border bank charges are shown on checkout page, borne by either party as stated.
- We and Stripe run joint risk‑control checks for unusual transactions including high‑value orders, geographically‑abnormal orders and repeated suspicious behaviours. We reserve authority to intercept transactions, hold order fulfilment, suspend settlement or trigger refunds for suspicious activity.
- Events triggering risk measures include: stolen‑card usage, fake transactions, repeated abusive chargebacks, illegal fund sources, refusal to complete identity verification, and cross‑border tax evasion.
- If your improper conduct results in penalties, fines or account restrictions imposed upon our Stripe merchant account, you shall compensate us for all direct and indirect losses incurred.
Chargeback Rules
Before opening a payment dispute / chargeback via your card issuer, you must first contact our customer support to attempt resolution. Malicious chargebacks for validly‑delivered, non‑defective fashion‑apparel orders (for reasons including “dislike style”, “wrong size”, “changed mind”) are considered improper. We will submit shipping proof, order records and chat history to Stripe and card networks to contest unfair chargebacks, and hold rights to claim compensation for fines and operational losses caused by abusive chargebacks.
Tax
We perform our own applicable tax obligations as a merchant. End‑users are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local consumption taxes applicable to your delivery location. Any seizure, return or penalty caused by failure to pay local taxes shall be your responsibility. You shall provide truthful transaction information when requested by tax authorities, Stripe or us.
